Byzantium

We really get the most interesting assignments in this class. I apparently have very high standards, though, and as a result I have some difficulty finishing my needlessly complex designs in the time allotted. At least my professor doesn't seem to mind too much.

This application ended being a "take-home project" - literally - and I spent an additional 2+ hours at home finishing this baby up in the bathroom mirror. My dad, who is a huge Byzantine history enthusiast, stayed up past midnight to help me take photos. I was a little disappointed I didn't get to use the nifty accessories provided in class, but one can make dinner table lights and generic black hoodies go a long way.
